Cruise to Sfakia

This cruise combines the most famous destinations of our island, ideal for those who want to see the most beautiful places of Western Crete in a single day. Each landscape stands out for its unique characteristics, whether it be its crystal-clear waters, picturesque scenery, or exotic beauty.

We begin our journey with the unique lagoon of Balos, which will captivate you as soon as you lay eyes on it. You’ll have plenty of time to swim in the turquoise waters and sunbathe on the beach, and don’t forget to explore the seabed with a mask. After that, we head to Gramvousa, where we make a stop to see the famous wreck and visit the fortress, enjoying the breathtaking view from above.

Next, we visit the quiet beach of Krios, with its crystal-clear waters and white pebbles. Swim in the pristine waters and relax in this tranquil paradise. After Krios, we proceed to the exotic Elafonissi, a stunning paradise with azure waters and pink sandy beaches that leave every visitor in awe.

No trip would be complete without a stop in Paleochora, known as the “Nymph of the Libyan Sea.” This charming town, with its narrow streets and local shops, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. You can hike up to the Selino Castle or, if you wish, stop at a local taverna to enjoy delicious Cretan dishes.

Our next stop is the equally beautiful village of Loutro, a picturesque fishing village accessible only by sea. A true earthly paradise, as many would say, with traditional houses, stunning beaches, and welcoming people. We’ll visit one of the area’s beautiful beaches, Glyka Nera, named for the fresh water springs that emerge along the coast.

We conclude our journey in Sfakia (Chora Sfakion), the small town that serves as the main port of the area. Here, you can choose to either stay overnight and enjoy the local atmosphere or return to Chania by minibus, completing a day filled with unforgettable sights and experiences.
